I love several TNG episodes. "The Game" was really good. It starred a very young Ashley Judd. She looked as though she might have been a teen.

I also love, "Elementary, Dear Data," and its sequel, "Ship In A Bottle."

Dare I suggest the Original pilot with Captain Pike...it’s suitably dire but got worked into the Original Series that was made,
Pike about to finally get his own series of course.

@QuixoticSoul I love the meme meme! Yeah. There’s just something about communication we take for granted in the “sci-fi” shows we watch. This is the best approach I’ve seen to learning to communicate with an entity who’s language frame of reference is entirely different to ours.
