Interesting, since i think Arabic numbers originally came from India?

@ChipmunkErnie the zero came from India , we use Arabic number (modified ) and Arabic country use Persian numbers for what I understand

@Julien Did a quick search... "Arabic numerals" (0-9) originated in ancient India around the 6th century. They were spread to the Western world through Arab mathematicians who adopted and transmitted the system, which is why they were named "Arabic" in Europe, though they are also called Hindu-Arabic numerals.

Indian origin: The number system was first developed in India, along with the concept of the digit zero.
Spread by Arabs: Arab mathematicians introduced the system to Europe. Persian scholars also played a role in spreading it to other regions.
European adoption: Europeans encountered the system through Arab intermediaries and adopted it, leading to the name "Arabic numerals".

@ChipmunkErnie Indians numbers didn't have the Zero. The Arabs added that later and invented the concept of Zero
