This dude is driving me crazy

I can't believe it. He just stands there and stares at people instead of putting their items in a bag. I had to leave my desk to ask if I could bag her stuff. Instead of giving her a card, he handed it to me and didn't say anything, so I had to explain, "blah, blah, blah... you can use this card at this location." Also, he threw stuff in the trash without a garbage bag. Unbelievable.
