This man is beyond a joke

My ex begged me to let him have the kids for a full week this week after being a one weekend a month dad for years. Well, one weekend a month he has our 2 sons. He rarely has our daughter because she screams and cries about not wanting to go with him.

I agreed and he told the kids all these exciting things they would do so even our daughter wanted to go for once.

Shock! It took him 10 hours to return our 6 year old daughter.

32 hours to return our 9 year old son.

3 hours after returning our 9 year old, he text me to say our 11 year old son was crying because he wanted to come home. But he said he couldn’t be bothered to drive him to me so my 20 year old went and picked him up.

Successful “week” with dad!!!!!

Sounds like it's time to sue for sole custody.

Interestingly enough, my phone apparently thought I meant soul custody. Not sure how you sue for that.

@LordShadowfire He no longer fights me on custody because he knows he would either have to fight for it (and then have to have our daughter which he doesn’t want) or let me have full custody (which he doesn’t want because he wants to see our boys).

Right now the arrangement is informal and it’s easier that way. My boys are usually ok spending a weekend with him a month. Having them any longer is unheard of and won’t be happening again.

If he ever tried to force having them more I would go for sole custody (and I’d win).
