One day at a time, one step at a time

The best doctor in the world is Time, time heals every wound. Your healing time is approaching fast. Just a little patience and you'll get over it. And a time will come when you will forget all of these miserable moments. Just focus on your life, don't stay alone, keep doing something positive, and never sit idle. Love

I lost my Dad when I was 13. It's hard. I dreaded talking about it to my classmates.

I’m sorry for your loss, it’s hard to go back to normal, it takes a long time. And even when we heal not everyone feels 100%. All you can do is focus on yourself and your loved ones. Also you don’t need to act normal, don’t worry about anyone’s expectations of you, it’s ok to be sad, and that is perfectly normal for grieving people. Take care..
@DHggmu thank you

Change is the only constant in life.... The ability to let go and move on is one of the hardest lessons to learn

Have you had a chance to talk to a therapist yet? I know some people who have had good outcomes by talking and getting perspective from a good therapist. But in any case, be gentle with yourself.
