I've figured out what burnout is

It's not physical exhaustion, it's being exhausted with a routine that has nothing meaningful in it.
Every day has to have something you can look back on and think "oh yeah that was good".

It's something I never learned until now, finding what my things are as they've changed. Like I went for a run in the cold in a shirt and I feel genuinely better.

Anyway, passing on the knowledge ✌

And if there was nothing good, it could always be worse. I've learned that if I can't change reality I can at least change my way of thinking. I create the little moments that lift me up even if they come in the shape of a nice warm mug of hot chocolate.
