I think i finally figured it out. Of my many many kids there are a few im not visibly connected too.
So maybe
1) they are the original 7 thus equal "no noticable comnection no need to monitor they got it last time kinda thing.
2. They are the reincarnate of the suicides. Thus "punishment"
3. They are the bloodlines that result in me next time. So im not supposed to "see" what they do.
4) they are so new to their reincarnate now 'I' have to form the connection.
So maybe
