Dragged a monsterous timber of some kind out from under a thicket of sage brush with my 4 wheel drive. I had it in 4 low and I could feel this thing back there. The only way I could even hook to it is it had a bent over bolt on one end. I pryed that up a little with a piece of rod stock to get my chain under it. I got it to a place to get my crain on it but couldent even pry it up a little off the ground with my shovel. It must be oak or something. It's really old and scarred up but I really want it. I'm going to try and separate the main piece from the rail road tie size snaller piece on the side. Not sure if its nailed or glued or what. I didn't see any bolts. I'm pretty sure wooden wedges and a sledge hammer would do it. Then maybe I can get a chain on it.
