After two weeks of hitting the gym I can finally do pull-ups again and 20 push-ups :)

You have no idea how much this means to me.

I had to train without doing much cardio to not trigger my tachycardia. 🙆🏻

I can feel my strength coming back to me, bishes. I am hyped.

I feel some facial pain and it is making me little paranoid but I am definitely not letting that ruin my small triumph. I have great things to achieve.

That is awesome. Good job keep up the good work 💪
keep up the hard work, Miram !!!!
That's nice, also very good for your digestive system.
is it at all possible for working out to actually undo your facial pain treatments?
or should those treatments be truly permanent?

@SnickersDOM Love you.

No, I don't see it as theoretically possible. I think it is sinus pressure and perhaps stress or normal migraine.

I think the treatments have worked.

The keys to being good at pull ups
Strong core and loose grip tension
Focus on the eccentric phase of the movement…that ultimately becomes the limiting agent in what you are capable of 💪
