They fester into something much worse. It doesn’t have to be explosive like many would think, sometimes it’s a subtle as being in a foul mood.

@Lubnaa it's not denial as you'd notice, your body takes matters in hand and does it automatically. You'll have moods so terrible you'd wish to feel all those emotions you suppressed instead.

@Nanori I know I am in such state, I repressed so much that now I can't express my emotions and feelings easily as I used to , I am so depressed 🫥
