How do you guys manage your anger toward others?

I’ve realized one of my flaws is that I’m quick to anger. I don’t lash out by yelling or getting physical, but my words can get really sharp and hurtful even when I speak in a calm tone. Do you have any advice for me on how to work on this?

Consider that when you lash out you're allowing others to control you. Is it worth it? Anger can be a useful emotion at rare times, but most often isn't going to be useful. Choose your battles carefully and thoughtfully. Is whatever is annoying you worth getting upset about? Try to think before speaking. It takes practice to get good at it.
