How do you guys manage your anger toward others?

I’ve realized one of my flaws is that I’m quick to anger. I don’t lash out by yelling or getting physical, but my words can get really sharp and hurtful even when I speak in a calm tone. Do you have any advice for me on how to work on this?

If you can figure why you're angry it helps. Usually anger is just secondary to fear or guilt or other hard to deal with emotions. Sometimes telling people how they made you feel hurts them more than anger
