How do you guys manage your anger toward others?

I’ve realized one of my flaws is that I’m quick to anger. I don’t lash out by yelling or getting physical, but my words can get really sharp and hurtful even when I speak in a calm tone. Do you have any advice for me on how to work on this?

All anger presented in any of anger's forms, all have a basis of fear behind it which precedes the resulting emotion of anger.

Your question should not ask "How do you manage anger toward others?", but instead ask, how do you manage the source from which all of your fear arises?

When you get control of your fear, your emotion of anger or feeling pissed off about something will instantly disappear.
