How do you guys manage your anger toward others?

I’ve realized one of my flaws is that I’m quick to anger. I don’t lash out by yelling or getting physical, but my words can get really sharp and hurtful even when I speak in a calm tone. Do you have any advice for me on how to work on this?

We have to practice mindful conscious effort towards controlling our emotions/thoughts. It's not an easy task, 🫣 but can be mostly accomplished if we keep trying. Calming music/slow deep breathing exercises can help.

@pentagrammom Nope, it's working for me. Sure not 100%, but much better.
