You got this brother💪🏼 do you know what caused your codependency and attachment issues in the past?

I take a Lutheran position on psychology it's up to the individual to find himself and repair any damages the same message Luther gave about Christianity.

Everything you need to fix you you alright got.
@Lostpoet thanks. Yeah it’s not a big reveal - reparenting myself. Same old childhood wounds and trauma but I 💯 agree with you. Teaching myself to stay in my frame and - deep breath, respond slowly and not react my experiences “ you got this “ is constant internal mantra. Love your neighbour lie yourself is Jesus strength I adhere to and this book . On your side 🤜🏾🤛🏼

By self isolating and unconditional self love???
...you sure this is a good plan?
@nonsensiclesnail well part of healing is learning and teaching yourself not to rely on external validation so the self isolating is a way to instill that and loving yourself - that you are anchored grounded, full of peace with or without others. That kind of inner confidence.
