I think right and wrong is more about how we live are lives , forgiving someone takes a life time .
maskedbandit · 61-69, M
@Fa8393 First part is right. Second part no, because it shouldn't take that long.
Fa8393 · 41-45, M
@maskedbandit get down , get down . This is my opinion about .
teachmetiger210503 · 36-40, M
@Fa8393 fto forgive is not easy, I agree but it's worth the journey even if it's a lifetime.
Carissimi · F
@maskedbandit It takes as long as it takes. It took me a year to forgive the man who killed the man I loved, but I certainly did not want to sit down with him and enjoy a cup of tea together. If I had never forgiven him that would be okay. Some transgressions are more easily forgiven than others, and some not at all.
maskedbandit · 61-69, M
@teachmetiger210503 That means forgiveness has already been given without either knowing,
maskedbandit · 61-69, M
@Carissimi I understand. 🙂

@maskedbandit Forgiveness happens in your heart. The other person may never know because maybe they are a stranger to you, and you never meet. Forgiveness is not for the offender, it’s for the one who has been harmed, so they don’t harbor malice, which destroys a person. The suffering may continue for years though, or even for life.
maskedbandit · 61-69, M
@Carissimi Very true. I agree.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@maskedbandit could you ever forgive true evil, take Hitler and the Nazis?
maskedbandit · 61-69, M
@samueltyler2 I think that was already answered through all that was said in this post.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@maskedbandit not that I see.
maskedbandit · 61-69, M
@samueltyler2 Well, tell me what do you see.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@maskedbandit it really isn't worth pursuing. You do agree though, or do not you, that Hitler and the Nazi's can never be forgiven?
maskedbandit · 61-69, M
@samueltyler2 Never is forever, but I do understand where you are coming from. This was all in other people's replies
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@maskedbandit there are so me so evil, that i cannot see how you could ever consider forgiving them!
maskedbandit · 61-69, M
@samueltyler2 Forgiveness is not easy, but I thing it's the right way to go.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@maskedbandit for those who killed over 6 million people? Seriously?
maskedbandit · 61-69, M
@samueltyler2 You cannot, and no one can, forgive everything. It all depends on the situation. If you would read what people had to say on this post, you would understand or at the least you should.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@maskedbandit please clarify them, you position. Do you actually forgive Hitler and the Nazis?
