What does "a Karen" mean?

Just read an article in a newspaper regarding a court case where the judge took exception to somebody describing a woman as "a Karen" - obviously her name wasn't Karen.

This must be a thing but never heard it before. What does it mean?

@NinaTina Oh that makes sense in the context of the article. The judge clearly understood the term and reprimanded the person who used it.

Must be one of those things everyone else knows but I don't.

Poor people are usually have the most empathy because they work the hardest for basic needs. Or they take your stuff cause alot of the ritch dont deaerve it lol
