When I pay for a service/product and people just "pass the buck" if an issue arises.
I.E. - I'll nicely give you a chance to fix it or at least start the process to rectify. But when it goes ignored and I get a line of BS - then a different Keeper comes out.

@Keeper Ooooo...Have been there. At times, depending on my investment...I may just accept the loss rather than subject my self to countless calls that lead nowhere. 🤷♀️
