The Tuatha Dé Danann ("People of the Goddess Danu") are a supernatural, divine race in Irish mythology who ruled Ireland before retreating underground to become the Aos Sí (fairies). Described as masterful in magic, arts, and smithing, they arrived in a mist and brought four sacred treasures to defeat the Fir Bolg and Fomorians.
