Shark is often called white fish. And sold everywhere here in the USA. This has always been true. Not a recent change.

@Gusman The point is they don't make a distinction here in the USA. Shark is shark here. Not even the type of shark matters. And there are literally hundreds of different types of sharks.
It doesn't matter if it's hammerhead, Sand or even tiger shark. Just to name a few. It's all shark or the alternative names.
