Had an orgasm this morning now im totally crashed for the whole day

got no energy or stamina to do anything since. Complete ruin of day. Why is sexual excitement crashing my ability to face the rest of the day? This is a reason why i dont find sex a desirable thing like everyone tries to make out it is and if i was in a relationship i'd be useless.

All i've wanted to do is go into a darkened room to sleep all day.

@Matt85 usually I just feel very low for about a day and lose interest in trying to keep motivated

@zonavar68 Yeah, I know how you feel. Just remember, pretty much everyone does it... And you did well for restraining aslong as you did. I don't know if you're religious but I have found that praying about it helps me to not do it when I feel tempted.

It might help if you do something to entertain yourself, a film or a book or something.
