I feel unfulfilled and dirty so I hardly ever do it. I find orgasms through masturbation largely unpleasant now and unrewarding.

Masturbation with a partner ( or for a partner) really wasn't a feature of my relationship experiences. My neuro divergence has existed since day 0 .

I don't feel gross and dirty no, people are happy to do other things for health and relaxation, like getting a massage. I don't see what's different between that kind of self care and another kind.

@alan20 I'm since for 8 years, sexless for 10, so no wife/partner/girlfriend/whatever. Gradually over those 10 yrs the 'joy of sex' (even with self) has not really materialised in a way that makes me feel overwhelmingly positive about it. FYI, I'm 57 yo.
