Premature ejaculation

Please be honest here. I deal with premature ejaculation. I always make sure my wife has her orgasm first as it seems it takes less pressure off me to make sure my wife is satisfied. The average time varies from 1 minute to 3 minutes. I'm not talking about the entire act of sex, I'm strictly saying PIV ( penis in vagina). I also have to go slow and slowly thrust, if it's fast then you can say 30 seconds.
My question is, if you had a orgasm whether it's during foreplay or during intercourse, would you be disappointed or frustrated that intercourse wasn't longer? Would you tell your partner you want more orgasms?

I got the other problem, the stars have to be aligned just right for me to nut. So, we bang when she's randy, which is all the time and she gets off easy. And when the stars align I ring out and we have a wham bam!!! Or she helps me jerk off.

@samueltyler2 Nah, it's all the pills I'm on for my epilepsy and this other pill I'm on for my optical something or other, it's like a kind of brain lag between my brain and my eyes. If I look to the side and back again there's a lag followed by a feeling like I've been kicked in the chest!!! Awful! But on this specific medication the brain to eye lag is gone like magic! I get it up no problem, I just don't get off.

@samueltyler2 Thanks.

@Allelse have you discussed the situation with your neurologist? I know it will be embarrassing, but important.

@samueltyler2 Yep! And like all the other things wrong with me, it's simply a shrug of the shoulders and do your best. They really have no clue what is going on up stairs, not without cutting my skull open and even then they might not work it our be able to fix anything. Why does my brain not recognise my hands or my face in the mirror? I asked and he said he has no idea.

samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@Allelse no, but maybe someone or a team can help with all of your problems.
Allelse · 36-40, M
@samueltyler2 I don't want to be a guinea pig.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@Allelse why would you even say that?
Allelse · 36-40, M
@samueltyler2 What other use would they have for me.
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@Allelse it doesn't work that way. They may have something to offer you to help you.

@samueltyler2 They'll fill me full of strange pills and have me running on a giant hamster wheel.
