Premature ejaculation

Please be honest here. I deal with premature ejaculation. I always make sure my wife has her orgasm first as it seems it takes less pressure off me to make sure my wife is satisfied. The average time varies from 1 minute to 3 minutes. I'm not talking about the entire act of sex, I'm strictly saying PIV ( penis in vagina). I also have to go slow and slowly thrust, if it's fast then you can say 30 seconds.
My question is, if you had a orgasm whether it's during foreplay or during intercourse, would you be disappointed or frustrated that intercourse wasn't longer? Would you tell your partner you want more orgasms?

@samueltyler2 actually anything will do, a thick rubber band will do the trick. There's also a pinch technique I remember vaguely. Interrupt the ejaculation by pinching the urethra at the base.

@GerOttman if we are actually being serious, a band might keep.an erection but will not prevent pe. You are correct about the technique, it takes a cooperative effort over time between partners to work.
