I know women can have multiple orgasms multiple times a day but can a guy realistically cum more than two or three times in one day if we presume they are all full orgasms?

Full orgasms...I don't know. I did have eight orgasms during a 24 hour period on our honeymoon. Some were pretty pitiful, but were still orgasms. My wife says her record is four.
