I presume "We" is USA - yes you are now in a fast boiling pot. Some will jump out, a lot will not know or accept, or cant do anything until its too late and the pot dries out.
And the rest of world? Maybe they have a few options you in the US dont have - but either way the pot they are in is definitely simmering....
