I mean, our nearest neighbors always been the USA. So now , its like you're telling us to stop dealing with usa because they will tax us everytime ?

I'm a seller of videogames on ebay, videogames for collectors, and this mean maybe i'll have to stop selling to americans just because if so, I will charge them a 25% fee on the value of the game.

I mean come on...

now it mean we will have to find other business partners... Probably from the european union. That would be our best bet

You may very well find your business is not hit as hard as you expect. Many people will kvetch about the price increase, then pay it. Assuming they cant get the product elswhere in a timely manner..😷

No, that is not correct, a 25% tariff will not in any way cripple Canada's economy. What it will do is cause severe inflation to occur in the USA, not Canada. Trying selling within Canada or Europe, which is what the Canadian government has been advising Canadian businesses to start considering.
