The deaths are caused from it being spiked in marijuana, heroin, cocaine, meth, ecstasy.

Get your facts straight. They’re killing people on purpose. Most of which aren’t asking a dealer for a fentanyl hookup.

It’s the biggest killer because they’re actively poisoning people who just want some kind of high.

Anesthesiologist use fentanyl to put people under before surgeries. You know how much is required to put someone under for a surgery? Less than a drop of water.

So no. People aren’t actively trying to smoke it. It is being used as a weapon to poison and kill and people covertly. And in mass droves. There’s been plenty of documentaries on this. There’s even been commercials advertising this fact for people to buy emergency kits for friends when they’re out partying to help save a life, because people don’t know what they’re taking anymore when they risk a marijuana joint now.

Yes, it's being laced with cocaine, crack, methamphetamine, heroin, ecstasy, etc. I realise people are often unaware that their drug has been laced with fentanyl. I'm talking about the drug problems in the USA in general. You think crack, heroin and crystal meth are any less dangerous than fentanyl? Why are the Black and Native American demographic being particularly hit by this? Are you naive enough to think everyone just wanted a harmless party drug to get high? Everyone? African Americans are dying from a combination of fentanyl and other drug use at higher rates, across age groups and geographical lines. I wonder why that is? Black people or African Americans are experiencing rates at 33.7 deaths per 100,000 people — nearly 50% higher than the national average. Despite representing 13.6% of the US population, Black Americans made up 21.2% of fentanyl deaths.

Indigenous people had the second highest overdose rate, at 26.7 deaths per 100,000 people, while white Americans were third at 23.0 deaths per 100,000 people.

America is the wealthiest country that has ever existed in the history of humanity, yet in 2025, the USA has by far the highest rate of drug use or people suffering drug disorders with a total of 12,146,954, whilst second place is China with 7,680,059 (Figures from World Population Review, 2025).
