I don’t understand why when there’s an anti government riot people’s cars and businesses get torched. That achieves nothing.

I’ve just seen a video of a French woman trying to stop her shop getting looted. You can see her watching her life being destroyed right in front of her eyes.

This isn’t democracy or freedom. This is crime posing as activism.

The government isn’t losing anything from that poor woman watching her business she put her life into being destroyed.

There was that guy in the US years back “I supported BLM until I came out of the store and they’d set my car on fire. Fuck ‘em.”

If the “will of the people” is theft and arson then fuck those people. They deserve all the tear gas and rubber bullets possible.

You are correct, it is not Democracy or freedom. It's Anarchy, but mostly just people hiding among and behind the protestors so they can openly display their hate, racism and bigotry. Their are people that go to protests just to incite violence because it gives them cover to pillage businesses and steal whatever they want!!

Destroying public property when you are protesting about lack of funding in schools does not make much sense either. People get caught up in the heat of the moment. Many of those convicted in the anti-austerity riots of 2011 or the Farage riots of 2024 admitted they were opportunists with no clear objective. Many others are just plain morons.
