Could You Protest People Please Stop Getting Hurt?

[image/video - please log in to see this content]

C'mon guys, it's not a game and you don't know the rules. Protest all you want but if you push boundaries you don't understand you can get your ass in a bad but predictable predicament.

Be safe, get training. If your trainer says to interfere with police of any description, get a different trainer.

@GerOttman says
you don't know the rules.
Actually, the rules were established sixty years ago by a guy named Martin Luther King Jr; perhaps you've heard of him? We know the rules quite well.

Look, it's not controversial to say that ICE is being brutal and going to great lengths to deny due process to detainees. And people are 100% within their rights to observe, record, and report on what they see on their streets. First Amendment; perhaps you've heard of it?

And in response, ICE is pepper-spraying the people taking footage. The last human act of ICU nurse Alex Pretti was to help woman who was pepper sprayed then pushed down. Helping a woman was what caused ICE to go after him. Exercising is Second Amendment right was what got him killed.

I understand what you're proposing, @GerOttman. You're saying people should avoid exercising their rights to observe and record. You're saying it's rational to be fearful enough not to exercise those rights.

We have a word in the English language, @GerOttman, for the process of instilling enough fear so people refrain from exercising their Constitutional rights. Can you guess what that word is, @GerOttman??
@sunsporter1649 The oath says support and defend the Constitution sunstroke. Support and defend the Constitution!!

Notice what you got wrong???

@sunsporter1649 The oath says support and defend the Constitution, sunstroke.

You said
I believe there is something about protecting citizens from all enimies [sic] foreign and domestic somewhere in The Constutation, [sic] correct me if I am wrong.

You are 100% wrong. The oath is about protecting the Constitution, not protecting the people. You asked me to "correct me if I am wrong." I am doing so to the best of my ability.

C'mon guys, it's not a game and you don't know the rules.

What "rules" did Pretti break again? ... Was he not silent enough when the border patrol guy (who in my opinion failed his instructor if ever had one) was bashing a cannister of mace on his head, when a bunch of others were holding him down?
Kwek00 · 41-45, M
@GerOttman That's not what is happening... there is a reason why there is a serious pushback on borderpatrol and ICE today, and it wasn't there in previous irriation.

Today, ICE and Borderpatrol and the executive branch, all see "due process" aka the laws and justice as a nuisance to their goal. That's why people get deported without it. And the executive branch even rewrote the constitution on their White House page:

SOURCE: https://trumpwhitehouse.archives.gov/about-the-white-house/the-constitution/

The term "person" is replaced by "citizen" in the 5th amendment. Not to mention, that the white house doesn"t seem to recognise all the other amendments after the 10th.

This all points, that the white house isn't following the law. The reluctance of giving due process shows that they don't care about justice. The only thing they care about, is white supremacy. That's also why white Afrikaaners from South-Africa, could just skip the line and get access to the country as refugees while the people from so called "garbage countries" are not.

But you are just filtering all of that out... because you want order. You couldn't even handle the controversies in 2016. And that's why, like the pussy that you are, you feel that you were "driven" in the clutches of evil actors.

You want order, not because it's a good thing, but because you can't handle tension. Even if that tension is justified. You are a pathetic egocentrical guy.

@GerOttman they like to protect them and it’s really unfair

predictable predicament

When we used to be a country that believed in both the first and second amendments, people protested but the government did not murder them, but it sounds as if you're trying to intimidate people exercising their right to free speech, just like a MAGA would.

@GerOttman
if I blame anyone it's on those who wound them and turned them loose

So you're buying into the MAGA conspiracy theory, specifically that Soros is organizing and paying agitators, to effect his global agenda with no regard to what happens to the people. But as long as you're not part of the cult, right?.

Someone who's not part of the MAGA cult, might consider the possibility that the demonstrators are there of their own free will, to protest what the government is doing, using tactics that we only see in places like Iran, Russia and Saudi Arabia (to name a few).

But until you understand this, you will still believe you're not part of the cult, and you're older and wiser. You're not, and perhaps the "source" might be missed by your "community", but you're really not that clever.

@Northwest you're rambling aimlessly, have a good day, don't pick up any flash bangs!

Why do your comments seem like confessions?

don't pick up any flash bangs!

People have more interesting lives that your cult imagines.

@jshm2 yes, people are dying and you have lol's, funny emojies and deflection. nothing about the present situation however.?

Not sure what you find funny. Maybe you don't care so long as you have your sense of "humor " to fall back on.

If only federal agents acted within the law
BabyLonia · F
@Kwek00 what happened to Alex Pretti is murder.
How can anyone who has seen the footage think that it is justified to shoot a person 10 times in the back - under US law it is unlawful to shoot someone in the back as they clearly do not pose an imminent threat. Claiming Pretyi was a rioter does not change that.

The death of Renee Good has been ruled as a homicide.

It is clear that the recruitment and training of ICE is tragically lacking.
GerOttman · 70-79, M
@BabyLonia what does a ruling of homicide mean exactly? why do you feel this is important?
pdockal · 56-60, M
@BabyLonia

homicide simply refers to one person killing another
