Pardoning the January 6 insurrectionists is one of the great shames of US History.

Fake news: actually they had all turned up to do a bit of voluntary re-decorating ready for the next guy and the authorities mistook their buckets, paintbrushes and brooms for weapons, so they shut the doors forcing them to go through the windows...or something like that.

I think there needs to be an oversight or check/balance process for pardons .. both sides uses in the last 2+ weeks are concerning. Abuse of power by both parties.
