I am against the death penalty mostly because I don't think we as humans have a right to decide whether someone can live or die, regardless of how much their crime disgusted us. Economically, the death penalty also costs the state more than life imprisonment would do too.

The death penalty in Massachusetts was abolished in 1984, except for Federal crimes.

The MOST she could possibly get, for premeditation, because she certainly DID premeditate the murders, is life in prison. I hope that's what she gets.
