@ron122 Here in New Zealand the general reaction is that it's vulgar, crass, tasteless, shows an unfortunate lack of breeding - and simply adds to america's humiliation. In general, like everything american these days nobody cares.
In New Zealand, it is illegal to intentionally deface, disfigure, or mutilate, banknotes. It is a serious offense with legal repercussions. Putting that juvenile scribble onto banknotes would attract very severe penalties indeed!
