Conservative Logic

Conservatives in 2021:

"Show you my vaccine card? I'd rather die!
This is Nazi Germany!"

Conservatives in 2026:

"You have to carry your papers! Kneel down in the streets as requested! The Government knows what they're doing!"

I also noticed, that when you are armed (even if it's concealed) you are disqualified from being peacefull.

Do you drive a motor vehicle? Have you purchased a bottle of spirits? Do you have a bank account? Have you ridden in a commercial airliner?

@sunsporter1649 One more time Sport.
A valid DL is not proof of US citizenship.

A certified copy of your birth certificate or a valid passport is.

I know ...you're a privileged white male and no ICE thug or cop would ever question your citizenship, right?

@JSul3 One more time dude, if you are a dude, I have proof, my drivers license, insurance, and registration, which will be run thru the computer in the officers vehicle for warrants and DHS holds

@sunsporter1649 That is NOT proof of US citizenship.

is a valid driver's license proof of US citizenship?

A valid driver's license is not generally considered direct proof of U.S. citizenship. While REAL IDs confirm lawful status/presence, they do not distinguish between citizens and legal permanent residents. Only specifically marked "Enhanced Driver's Licenses" (issued in a few states) prove citizenship.
.
Key Details:

Proof of Identity: A standard driver's license serves primarily as proof of identity and age, not citizenship.

Legal Presence vs. Citizenship: Many non-citizens (e.g., green card holders, visa holders) can obtain valid licenses.

Exceptions: Enhanced Driver's Licenses (EDL) from select states (e.g., MI, MN, NY, VT, WA) are acceptable for proving citizenship for land/sea border crossings.

Standard Documents: For citizenship proof (e.g., I-9 employment verification, passport application), you generally need a birth certificate, U.S. passport, or Certificate of Naturalization.

Note: Some states also allow unauthorized immigrants to obtain driver's licenses, making them explicitly not proof of legal status in those cases.

They're fking themselves with their antics. If you've been watching polls over the last year independents have almost given up on them and the Admins approval ratings are dismal.

@sunsporter1649 Here's the deal Sport.

When I begin a thread, I get to control who posts what in responce.
The same holds for you when you start a discussion. You're free to edit/delete any posts you choose.

I've grown weary of your BS cartoons. You can easily make a comment or post another of your outdated, BS photos that never add to the debate/discussion.

First amendment?
I agree. You are free to post anything you so choose.
Being the OP, I may choose the freedom to delete anything I care to, the same as your Orange Messiah Felon Traitor Trump, erasing and removing history from a number of government web sites.

As my wonderful HS government teacher told us in class about freedom of speech:
"You are free to say or write anything you choose, but there may be consequences for your doing so."

So Sport, feel free to post what you choose on my OP.....and I will feel free to delete them at my discretion.
