Why shouldn’t it happen. Women and teenagers 18+ all have valid opinions. They can all think independently, have been educated and are old enough to carry a gun license and drive a car. Why should they be stopped from voting?
The only reason I can think of is because a bunch of narrow minded conservative old men don’t like having their opinions challenged by someone more mentally agile and who has a different perspective on life.

Why would certain people be excluded from making decisions that affect everyone?
If you only let men vote, then it's all drinking, cars, guns, rape and war. Is that really what you want? Have a look at a country like Iran, where men think they are the only viable option, and women are kept at home to clean, cook and make babies.
You want that?
Even at 16 a girl will know that Musk is a Nazi and not to buy his cars, and certainly never vote him into anything important.

16yo kids these days are infinitely more globally aware and mature than a lot of adults, and if you don’t want to take any responsibility in your life and not vote, then YOU negate your opinion on who should and the state of the world as you perceive it. I think that voting for the President of the United States should be taken out of the hands of ALL Americans because of their demonstrated incompetency to vote for what would be good for the whole world, not just the USA.

The world does not exist for the benefit of Americans which is why the USA is getting left behind as the New World Order takes shape without them.
