What are your triggers?

Sirens , flashing lights , priests, abuse of any kind .

Heres a few:
Being downtown (anxiety,flashbacks) being downtown at night (paranoia, flashbacks)
My x girlfriend (flashbacks, depression)
Red pickup trucks (anxiety)
reading body language and facial expressions wrong.(anxiety)
Cocaine (paranoia, flashbacks, completely overwhelmed by shame)
People who look like "the guy" ( paranoia, seething anger)
People who look like gangsters (paranoia, flashbacks)
People who say they are cops and dont wear a uniform. (Anxiety)
Rapists and pedophiles who brag about it (murderous rage)
Some members of my family(anger, depression)

1. My mother
2. Being ignored (because I am an introvert and ask for VERY little attention)
3. People who have pets but don't know the first thing about caring for them

My Triggers:
1. MAGA hats
2. Confederate battle flags
3. Swastikas
4. Conservatives saying "woke","wokeist", "wokeism" etc.
5. People who use the term "pussy" to mean both a weak person [b]and[/b] a woman’s vagina.

I'm not keen on all things Disney but that's more because it bores the shite outta me.

Anyone with a problem about one or more of those topics.

Not to once again bring up this old argument, but I would like to mention that the original story of The Little Mermaid was written by Hans Christian Andersen, a white European, and the illustrations from his original book clearly show her as having pale skin and black hair. As such, if you're a purist, that would be the only version of Ariel you acknowledge.
