Fox Corp and Fox News are pleased to have reached an “amicable” settlement with Dominion Voting Systems over a defamation lawsuit, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

Just announced... I'm guessing there's some dirty laundry they didn't want hung in public.... Details on the settlement but yet announced.

@Convivial Remains to be seen. There are other defamation law suits lined up and they now have access to all that was publicly released in the discovery in this case.
