Putin announced that Russia is suspending its participation in the SALT treaty compliance participation, because the US and its allies will spy on Russia and hand that information to the Ukraine.
Totally makes sense. They US and its allies, will collect information on Russia's ICBMs, and then hand that info to the Ukraine to do what with?
In any case, Russia has not allowed inspections, as mandated by the treaty, in 3 years, so this is another attempt, that will fail, to blackmail the West into accepting a Putin mandated occupation of the Ukraine, disguised as peace.
