The Supreme Court just ruled that if State Court interferes with a defendant's rights they can no longer appeal to Federal Court

@Bushranger The Republicans have come out against Democracy. With all the profit going to the top democracy is not sustainable. The Republicans have always been exclusive, the Democrats inclusive. The Republicans don't care about the people of the country. They have always believed their purpose is to serve the rich.

@Pitchblue It's something of a contradiction. From what I can gather, the Republican base is predominately working class or poor (correct me if I'm wrong), yet they support rampant capitalism that keep them poor.

@Bushranger Exactly, they have a long history of voting against their own self interests. They are uneducated and have been controlled with Fear. "The Democrats will take your guns." The Republicans took that fear campaign so far they said, The Democrats would take their Meat away and their base freaked out. "No Burgers WTF! Those evil Democrats." They taught them to hate Liberals at their own expense.

@LordShadowfire Did they even know? The Red States are so corrupt, the police, their justice system, the Coroner works with the police so when a Cop kills someone, Oh Well. Now these corrupt Supreme Court Justices just took the right to an appeal away. You got charged so tough luck. Shoulda kept your moth shut.
