The Supreme Court just ruled that if State Court interferes with a defendant's rights they can no longer appeal to Federal Court

So, if a State Court refuses representation by a lawyer and a defendant is railroaded into a conviction the defendant no longer has the constitutional right of appeal. Even if the defendant can prove he is Not Guilty. Giving the State the right to execute innocent people.
