2010 Letter From Bin Laden Says Biden Would ‘Lead U.S. Into A Crisis’

A 2010 letter written by Osama bin Laden commanded al Qaeda to specifically not target Joe Biden because his presidency would be a disaster for America. The letter was discovered at Bin Laden’s hideout in Pakistan after he was killed by U.S. forces in a 2011 raid.

The letter has been available to the public through the Combating Terrorism Center at West Point. The contents revealed Bin Laden commanding his followers to spare the life of then U.S. Vice President Biden and instead concentrate on taking out Obama as it would lead to a Biden presidency.

The other target was former CIA director David Petraeus. Bin Laden referred to Petraeus as “the man of the house” throughout the war and said his assassination would impact the U.S. war mission in favor of al Qaeda.

The 9/11 mastermind added no assassination attempt would be made on Biden because he was “totally unprepared” to take the post of presidency, which would “lead the U.S. into a crisis.”

If this is factual, you got to give credit to the late Bin Laden. He was as they say, spot on.

Not saying it isn’t factual, but I wonder why this information , simply pointing out the fact that in his (bin laden’s) view, that Biden was a potential disaster for America, would be public. It sure doesn’t say much for Biden. Just my thoughts.
Interesting post though.
@soar2newhighs

It's in Biden's history.

It goes back to Vietnam when he opposed helping Vietnamese and Cambodian refugees. Thanks to politicians like Biden, fleeing Vietnamese and Cambodians had to risk their lives to escape.

The more you look at the evacuation situation now, it looks like he may be shutting the door for millions of Afghans to be left behind to be slaughtered by the Taliban. To get to the Kabul airport they have to show papers ... they have to show them to the Taliban. Papers that show opposition to the Taliban serve as markers for execution.

What Biden calls a civil war is really genocide.

@dark548 That was the most contribution you've made in this thread so far. It was BS, but more meat than the rest of your blather. With all the whining and complaining, you could have looked it up yourself kid.

@carpediem Well one thing I do know is, old Biden is no match in the brains department for Osama 😊
Even a dead Osama. @BalmyNites

@BalmyNites That is a fact. He has the real world skills of a cloistered nun.
Once the Taliban allow Americans and our friendly allies to depart, will Biden then reward the Taliban by leaving friendly Afghans behind, so the Taliban can slaughter them?

Those Afghans who helped America, worked with Americans or tried to turn Afghanistan into a fee democracy are all considered traitors of radical Islam. These make up the multitude that can't get beyond the Taliban checkpoints now, and by listening to Biden's priority list, may never get beyond those checkpoints.

Will these poor people who stood for what most Americans believe in be left behind to be slaughtered? Did we spend 20 years building the Afghans' hopes and dreams of freedom so that those hopes and dreams would serve as markers to help the Taliban decide who to execute first?

@carpediem I didn't say anything about you posting it.

I get why seems topical, even, and I was just curious about quoting Bin Laden, so I dug back to see where the story came from.

I have many many faults, but telling people what they can or can't post is not one of them.

I may have opined sometime that someone shouldnt post something, but I wasn't doing that here.
@MistyCee Yes, it's old news, but news that few people paid attention to when it was disclosed.
@Heartlander k. I said for whatever it's worth.
