@Stereoguy B.C. is awesome, you must see that. you can drive throught alberta, saskatchewan and manitoba fast, not much to see haha. Ontario has lots of forest and lakes, has Niagara falls but a bit flat. Quebec has many beautiful areas from montreal, the laurencian mountains, Mont Tremblant, then up towards Quebec city. then charlevois ( most beautiful nature of all), sagnenay and the fjors, then a ferrie to gaspesie, roché percé. oups, sorry, something came up, gotta go.

@Stereoguy no I have not. I need to do research on things to do in area.

@jim44444 I can verify that Daytona has a very nice beach. At low tide it is wide with hard packed sand great for walking of jogging. The beach has a gentle sloop you can walk way out but you do have to watch for rip currents at times. Have a nice time wish I was there too.

@Stereoguy i like doing that. Probably getting a little old and decrepit for carrying a week's worth of stuff, but four days sounds nice.

@ChampagneOnIce I love Sedona. When I worked in Phoenix i would take extra days so I could spend time there. The butterfly pic that used to be my profile pic was taken there

@Fungirlmmm I love that! I went to university in Flagstaff, and we’d visit Sedona often. It’s a beautiful area.

@Stereoguy Seasons end. My daughter and her husband are high school coaches, so we have extra duty until football and volleyball seasons end. Football will continue into December with playoffs, but volleyball will be over.

@Stereoguy it usually is, we'll spend part of a day going to a couple of the tourist sites then the rest of the time just relaxing at the cabin

@Stereoguy I will be backpacking. Starting at an actual campsite, but will spend most of the time in the wilderness.

@Stereoguy I hope the real escape won't be needed. But it would be so nice to start a new life somewhere else.
