We went outside to see the meteor shower. A cool front is coming through and lightening a few miles away in one part of the sky, partly cloudy too. We managed to see some meteors falling but not near as many as on a clear night. It was raining off and on last night so we didn’t get to see it then at all

Clear here. Caught it last night. Saw 6 in 12 minutes, including a fireball with a contrail that glowed in the sky long after it had passed.
In all, about 9 went over, between midnight and 4AM.
Originating from all directions.
