The wintery blast is continuing in Perth

10am, Tuesday, temperature is 9C, - 48F, very heavy rain, with hailstones, lightning and extremely loud thunder overhead.
100mm - 4" - of rain has fallen since 6 pm Sunday.
Rain will start to ease this evening.

Rainfall for the last 6 days up to 9am Saturday is 149.6mm, 5.8".
Up to 20mm more to fall, today and tomorrow.

@deadgerbil Some places were flooded. Perth Airport had a river running through it's corridors.
Freeway was closed due to too much water to drive through.
A minimal number of houses had ankle deep water. As I say, Perth, being on a sand plain, most water gets away very quickly.
