I Love Snow

I don’t like cold weather but I do like to see snow a couple times a year. When you live in the south, it can get crazy when it’s in the forecast like it is today. Knowing the grocery stores will be empty by this afternoon, I went early and got what I need for a big pot of vegetable beef soup. It’s in the crock pot simmering and I have enough for all, so please come fill your bowl.

It snows plenty here normally but not so much this year. The ski areas are making snow though.

I use to like watching it snow. It was so pretty. Sit in my recliner with a nice cup of hot chocolate. After we retired we moved to Florida. Now we live at the beach where it never snows. I think I like warm weather and the beach best of all. 🙂🙂🙂

@pdockal I’m in Raleigh, NC. We haven’t had a white thirst as here in 86 years. We do get snow in January and February - or used to.

@Softandsweet2 I know that happens sometimes. Can’t enjoy the ride if you’re scared to death. I don’t do crazy things on a motorcycle.

I live in the south, too. This is the first February in years that I haven't seen some snow. It's nice to see it every so often.

@Softandsweet2 I live in Alabama, so we probably get less snow than the Carolinas. My father-in-law lives in Sevierville, and he sees it quite often.

The last time I saw snow was just before I escaped from italy in February before the lockdown and then ended up
Locked down in France but at least it was sunny and on the coast.
