What do you think of this plant?

Very nice memories of my childhood. I loved to collect the seeds by pulling closed hand around it and mix them into a mud "concoction" as if I was a witch.
I think ducks liked to eat those leaves too so I was feeding them with it, but they preferred dandelions.
