Our HOA needs to do their job. My neighbor has not mowed the lawn all summer. The back yard has not been cut in years, and vines are creeping through the fence into my yard. The kids' swing set is engulfed in vegetation. They are nice people, and I won't turn them in, but something needs to be done. I mow the grass between our houses, so at least part of their property looks good.

This is our neighborhood HOA president. He is very watchful and will speak his mind if he sees the neighbors doing things in their own yard.
