I did it for a living until two weeks ago. A little over nine years was long enough.
Medium-large scale Gardener/Landscaper. The toll it's taken on my body over the years has not been fun.
It's been great not doing anything that strenuous/backbreaking.
This looks good. The stone path looks like it belongs there.

Thank you …. It’s fun to do it for pleasure … but I can imagine how difficult it can be as a job, especially for 9 years …🙏🙏

Great job. Aw my friend, just using muscles that have been stretched in a few months.
Just what the doctor ordered, I’m you now. So enjoy it.

@Magenta wow! that's high! I plan on edging my garden soon. I don't have much to do this year since it's mostly perenials. Last year I did a redesign and expansion as well as making another garden, so this year will be much easier!
You'll have to share pics of your garden!

@JimboSaturn Oh lovely, now you can just enjoy the rewards of your labor. 🥤
Hmm idk. Once upon a time, I shared quite a few of my flowers/yard.

Joyful views. I'm certain there's a joy within here even with the pain. The joy becomes worth the sacrifice. I always like your posts for how well they show your humanity.

Better than having pain for a few days just cuz you slept wrong. 😂 It looks like it was a fun day, and the garden turned out beautiful! 😍 Hopefully you’ll be right as rain soon. 🤗💕

Lovely garden! Glad you had some help. But you'll be sore for a few days.

@Soossie Hello Soossie ☺️
You're most welcome. Yes, walking is a great way to cool down and prevent cramping or injured muscles. Good thinking!

@Soossie 🤗🤗
Very nice, a lovely garden doesn't come easy, but it sure feels good when it's dialed in. Get some rest for your tired muscles, you deserve it.

Looks great and hope your soreness eases soon. 🌻
The soreness from days of garden work always feels worth it, to me. 😊
