Finally got it out Been digging this one out for over a week and I've finally got this one out, so happy about this (+1)
More gardening Did some work in the garden over the two days. My body was feeling really weak today but I still managed to get parts of it out Judging by my steps and heart rate, I think I over did it today (+3)

Busy day todayWas out the house for 8.30 and got back at 4pm. Girls did there acting and dance and the other sports and I did some gardening. (+1)

More gardening Did more of my mum's garden yesterday two and a half more cut down and started digging up roots, so today hopefully I can get most of the roots up
