What do you recommend for hands/fingers hurt from cleaning/gardening/dishwashing?

I buy latex free powder free vinyl gloves for household use. I can wear them to make meatloaf and mix with my hands, or apply icy hot cream, (wearing two pair), to my sore areas without getting the cream on my hands.

Two pair for dishwashing. If you want to go all out, you can apply pain relieving ointment such as lanacaine antibiotic formula, and then wear the gloves over that, and sleep with the gloves on.

Cotton liners inside rubber gloves to prevent hands from getting sore and E45 cream for moisturiser 🧴
Casheyane · 31-35, F
@SW-User Do you get blisters too when using gloves? What kind of cotton liners?
SW-User
I don’t but a loved one of mine does and she says cotton liners help her hands from getting red and hurting … the E45 cream works wonders for her too

Sorry you have sore hands 😔

Hope it helps @Casheyane
